Welcome to 34th Design's Private Online Haircutting Education Program. By enrolling in or participating in this course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Tap any section to expand details.

01  ·  Educational Purpose Only
§ 1

34th Design provides private online haircutting instruction for educational and skill-development purposes only.

These classes are not accredited, approved, or regulated by the NC Board of Barber Examiners or any other state licensing authority.

Participation in this course:

  • Does NOT provide state-required barber hours
  • Does NOT qualify students for a state board examination
  • Does NOT result in a barber license
  • Does NOT provide continuing education credit

Students seeking professional licensure must complete training through a state-approved barber school.

02  ·  No License or Certification Guarantee
§ 2

34th Design does not guarantee employment, licensure, certification, or examination eligibility upon completion of this program.

Any certificate issued by 34th Design is for proof of participation only and holds no licensing authority.

03  ·  Independent Education Status
§ 3

34th Design operates as a private educational service provider offering independent training. It is not a state-licensed barber school unless otherwise formally registered and disclosed in writing.

04  ·  Student Responsibility
§ 4

Students are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with their state's barbering laws and regulations
  • Confirming licensure requirements in their state
  • Ensuring they do not practice barbering illegally

34th Design is not responsible for a student's misuse of training or violation of state regulations.

05  ·  Payment & Refund Policy
§ 5

All payments for online courses are:

  • Non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Non-transferable without written approval

If a session is canceled by 34th Design, a rescheduled date or credit will be provided.

06  ·  Intellectual Property & Content Protection
§ 6

All course materials, demonstrations, techniques, branding, logos, and instructional content are the intellectual property of 34th Design.

Students may not:

  • Record sessions without permission
  • Reproduce course content
  • Resell or redistribute training materials
  • Use course materials for commercial teaching purposes

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

07  ·  Limitation of Liability
§ 7

By participating in this course, students agree that 34th Design and its representatives are not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from improper technique
  • Business losses
  • Licensing issues
  • Misuse of equipment
  • Legal violations committed by students

Students assume full responsibility for how they apply the education provided.

08  ·  Conduct Policy
§ 8

Students must maintain professional conduct during live sessions. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

09  ·  Modification of Terms

34th Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
